Mr Amrani arrived early to take me to my MGH appointment. He opened the door for me and helped me with my bag. The car was meticulously clean and very comfortable. Mr. Amrani explained that he usually offers snacks and refreshments , but knew that I could not acceot them this time because of my appointment. He and I had a nice conversation en route to Boston, and we had a few laughs. This was a nice distraction since I had some anxiety about my appointment.
