Mr Amrani arrived early to take me to my MGH appointment. He opened the door for me and helped me with my bag. The car was meticulously clean and very comfortable. Mr. Amrani explained that he usually offers snacks and refreshments , but knew that I could not acceot them this time because of my appointment. He and I had a nice conversation en route to Boston, and we had a few laughs. This was a nice distraction since I had some anxiety about my appointment. I have been using this company since 2014. It’s a company I can trust to provide me and my entire family with my all transportation needs. Always on time , clean cars , most qualified , friendly drivers and reasonable fares. I highly recommend. 💯
If I could give zero stars I would. I booked a ride for my daughter and her husband for after their wedding to take them to their hotel a month in advance. Was made to pay in full. And they never showed up. When I called (it took 5 calls for them to actually return my call) they said they had nothing on the books for me. When I questioned them further he remembered that I booked it but never wrote it down. Nothing like your father driving you and your new husband to the hotel after the wedding.
