Needed back taxes filed and took paperwork to AMR to be filed. I was told I would get a call in a couple weeks due to it being the busy season. Two months later, taxes haven't been filed and zero communication from AMR, I had to go pick up my documents so I could take it somewhere else that would actually do the work.
