I've booked emergency appointment for drain cleaning last Friday (29/11) afternoon. Two guys came late evening, did nothing and left. Saturday when I phoned you promised to send someone else, no one came. It's Sunday now, drain still blocked and your phone is dead. If I don't receive full refund by end of day Monday 2/12, I will have to recover money through my bank and get Trading Standards involved.

we was cold due to are boiler not working and we called AMR out he was very good at his job , had the boiler working again as soon as he could thanks to AMR we are warm again we have all so had AMR to price up a new bathroom for us very happy with his price and he is starting next week thanks AMR
