They suck. No empathy no compassion. Acted mad and irritated that they were called late night Not the first time they acted like that either. I rather get a ride from someone or catch bus to emergency room 1/10
They spent the night sleeping in their ambulance in the McDonald's parking lot. Vehicle number 04268
Billing is a joke. If you are able to use another transport, do yourself a favor and do so. TBH, the first responders were great and I hate having to leave such a low rating because the first responders did great. It's the billing department that is horrible. If you have an error on your bill or need any assistance with a bill, expect to have to jump through 50 hoops trying to get the help you need.
The billing department desperately needs to be audited. They had a time frame of 180 days to send the claim to my insurance company, they submitted the claim to my insurance with incorrect codes. So when my insurance company informed them of the incorrect codes the didn't resubmit it again until after the 180 day time frame. REALLY AMR??? U had 1 job and a whole 6 months to do it correctly. And then u waited a whole 6 months after YOUR MISTAKE, to send me a bill for the full amount. My insurance company has continuously sent... read more
