Luigi from AMR Mazda came with a calming demeanour and very happy with his assist for my car service.
I had my car serviced a few weeks back. And they didn't clean my car inside, at all! After complaining they told me that the cleaning guys were on leave, and offered my a free cleaning service. I went today, thinking of my car will be cleaned. They returned my car in a dirty condition saying that it is cleaned!! I've pictures of my interor. And they tell me that 'We don't have Detailing included in service', but it's basic cleaning and vaccumming.
