Paid in advance to transport my husband from Memorial Hermann to a rehab facility. The driver was 4 hrs later than the scheduled transport time arriving at 12:30am and agreed to meet me at the rehab facility as I was driving my own vehicle. Upon arriving at the facility, I get a call from the driver that they are still at the hospital because the transport vehicle would not start. Samuel and Robert were great in transporting my mother from Memorial Hermann SW hospital recently. She is a spinal cord injury patient and very sensitive to all movement and the staff treated her as if she was their grandmother. It was one of the smoothest rides in an EMS we've ever had. I greatly appreciated the care they took with my mom, and I hope the company hires more individuals like them!
If I could give a negative number, I would. We had a two woman team transport my mom from memorial Hermann to her home. They broke the speed limit the whole way, ran a light, took my mom to the wrong building twice! Wouldn’t listen as to where they needed to go. The women, Alexandria and nakera, took off their badges, wouldn’t tell us their names, were belligerent, unhelpful, and complicated matters more than it needed to be.
