After the original service call on 12/2/22, this contractor pretty much disappeared. They said they were trying to order a part, but I received no confirmation of anything for 2 months. I eventually contacted the home warranty company who had assigned my work order to AMR. They dispatched another contractor who had my furnace up and running in an hour.
Stay away from AMR. Never showed up to appointment on Saturday, tried to call and no answer. Called my home warranty and they were able to some how get ahold of them and rescheduled for Tuesday, and to my surprise, NO CALL NO SHOW. Home warranty is scheduling me with different company now. Truly a joke of a so called business!
The owner Bill Brewster is a shister claims my insurance company didn't pay for free on which found out they do he told my company he got my company mixed up with someone else so I had paid him out if pocket so he owes me 375.00$$ which myself an insurance company has tried to reach him to no avail. Please do not use this company!!!!!
AVOID AMR; Was scheduled by my home warranty company. They never arrived, never called to say they were not coming. When called, phone was busy and hung up. No professionalism at all.
