Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have tried several times to give her the benefit of doubt.. maybe she’s having a bad day, maybe something going on but every single time we have been in there she is rude and argumentative. The reason I’m finally writing a negative review is because hours of operation changed abruptly we were told we would get our jacket and a certain date and time but sadly she closed abruptly day of pick up. 5 stars for timeliness, variety, design, quality, craftsmanship, and price. I have purchased two letterman jackets here and they both turned out beautifully. The only minor and inconsistent downside would be that customer service can be a little snippy at times.

Had an appointment and we came and had to re do the paperwork we already told her over the phone and no customer service, I guess she already has too many customers, then to top it off we asked her about a color and said that the color we see is the same as the jacket, and clearly it was not. Please have a better personality and at least fake enjoying having a new customer
