Ambulance drivers and paramedics were fantastic, but the organization is predatory and dishonest. My wife was taken safely and quickly to the hospital after a fall. Later we received a bill for $2500. The company said that they submitted the claim to insurance but it would only cover $500 so we still owed $2,000. Found out that the never filed the claim and were trying to get us to pay the full amount before submitting their claim and getting paid twice. One star because of a rotten woman in management at the Clackamas division. Tina Beeler was so unprofessional, dismissive, rude, condescending, completely incompetent at her job with an inflated ego. I had thought my interactions with her might’ve been isolated incidents, however everyone else I spoke to also had awful experiences with her, no one had a single positive thing to say. If she no longer works there, I apologize and will retract my one star review. Everyone else that works there is great though!

The AMR Crew of unit 120 amazing job taking care of me on March 18th. Young women did amazing job with me.. transported to Oregon Health & Science University
