I had an excellent experience with this company. They had to drag the gurney through the snow to get to the house. Duane and Rain(sp?)were so kind and helpful. Very professional. They helped me through a stressful situation.
I have nothing but great things to say about this group of first responders. They really helped my dad in times of need and I'm so grateful for their response time and care.
Bassett called for emergency transfer to Albany for daughter. Received a bill for $5300.00. It’s been 3 months of me sending them her insurance info and they still haven’t billed it right. They charge more than double other ambulance companies. They take advantage of people in need of medical care.

The worst my daughter had to go to Albany medical and the guy was sleeping the whole way in the back!
