Bassett called for emergency transfer to Albany for daughter. Received a bill for $5300.00. It’s been 3 months of me sending them her insurance info and they still haven’t billed it right. They charge more than double other ambulance companies. They take advantage of people in need of medical care.

One of their ambulances almost hit my car while I was leaving O'Conner. He wasn't running emergency lights or anything. Incredibly unprofessional.
If It would let me give 0 actually put them in the negatives, i would. I have never ever ever had a billing issue with CMT. AMR bills you even though insurance paid and they sign the rest of it off as a loss. This company double dips and they take the longest route from basset in cooperstown to Albany med. Scammers
