Needs to improve on response time. Called 911 at 4:32a.m.. EMT didn't arrive to residence until 4:51a.m.. Not sure that 10-15 minute response time is acceptable. Just imagine someone experiencing cardiac arrest unbeknownst to them or the person helping. That's 10-15 minutes of pumping or no help at all. Not acceptable. I can only ask that response time be greatly improved.
I'm sorry to the paramedic who I was rude to. I hope you cau understand I was just scared. You both were so patient and awesome. Thank you!
