Absolutely LOVED my first class at Ampz! I couldn’t have imagined a more welcoming group, with a workout that was challenging yet very manageable. Coach Nick took the time to explain each movement and made sure it was performed correctly, all while keeping the class energy up. I can’t wait for my next class!!!

I would 100% recommend joining! You are welcomed by everyone and you feel comfortable from the start. The coaches are very kind and know exactly what they are doing. They will help you and push you to do your best which I loved. The training is top notch. The environment was amazing and the place was very clean which I loved.
