Best training I’ve ever gotten; been life changing for me.
What can I say !!!! This place is awesome, I love coach Luke. Even though he be abusing me and making me do my workout but he honestly is an awesome coach and truly has been a significant influence in my life. I appreciate his candor and honestly as well as his dedication to help me lose weight. I appreciate him and AMPT. WORTHY EVERY PENNY
AMPT Fitness is a must join if you're trying to start, maintain, or improve your fitness journey. They have personable trainers who are highly knowledgeable in their field and the gym is not crowded or noisy like your big name commercial gyms. I've been on this journey for almost a year and I've never felt stronger! They really have created a community there. So proud to be a member of this gym! Highly recommend!
I came in with my pain level at 1-2. After working and strengthening my muscles, I left pain free. Once again another great workout with "MOOSE"
A friend and I had Kieran as our trainer and he was really great! He gave us really dynamic exercises that hit multiple muscle groups at once which I liked. He was also quick to correct form and adjust the workout to our fitness goals. On top of that he was also super friendly! 1000/10 recommend
