Nicole and her team at AMPT are amazing! I joined a 30-day challenge and am 1.5 weeks in and LOVING it! Such a fun and encouraging environment. I would highly recommend AMPT to anyone regardless of fitness level! You will not regret it!
I’m very new to the island (a winter Texan),and in my early 60s, but used a gym/personal trainer in my home state. My new neighbor recommended AMPT and said I’d like the atmosphere, members, and of course the trainers and the results. and double . I love AMPT! The classes are small so the trainers can give you more one on one attention. There is also a variety of classes available. Everyone is so nice and Nicole, the owner is the best!!
