We had a technician and his apprentice today to service the main coolant pump on a CHP (central-heat-power) plant at Ridgetown College. We were in need of a savvy technician that would work with me to trouble shoot ideas. This technician was amazing, he didnt just take pump and fix it, he stayed and help me trouble shoot a very complex German system to figure out the main issue's. Amazing dedication to job. I'll update with tech's name when I get it, I forgot to ask cause we just worked :P.
