I had a great experience ordering a charger with expedited shipping to meet a quick install timeline. When the hard-wired model I wanted was out of stock, Brandon's thorough product knowledge and excellent communication resolved the issue and he was able to provide a solution that gave me the installation I wanted without any delays.
Above and beyond helpful; had a question about something on the website, and wound up calling to see if I could get a quick answer. Got the answer, and Brandon got more details to me an hour later as well, really appreciated.
The team at Amprevolt are great. Super helpful and really love what they're doing. They're my goto any chance I get. Thanks!
I purchased Tesla stumps from them. Was told they are "cut to the left" but work perfectly fine. They work but everytime there is a sudden change in torque I hear a clanking noise. Not a perfect fit.
