no customer service what so ever Im still waiting in a call back from ampm locksmith, the guy that answered the phone when I called said he would call me back in a few minutes and till now I have not recieved a call back
I needed a new fob/key and the dealership wanted $500! I called AMPM and spoke with David, who was super kind and professional. I went to the Concord location and was in Ang out with a new fob in under fifteen minutes for $120+ tax. Highly recommend!
I am very happy with this company they are very efficient and helpful and they know what they are doing. I will be going there if i need any more keys made i would totally recommend them
