Sam came today and snaked my toilet that's been clogged for two days! He was great!! Thank you highly recommend

Called to schedule an appointment for knocking pipes. He walked me through fixing it myself over the phone and when we thought the issue wasn’t resolved he offered to swing by on his personal time before his work day started to take quick a look. But what he walked me through doing over the phone actually resolved the issue. He refused to let me pay him anything for his help. Hands down the best customer experience I have ever had with a plumber.
Sam is fantastic, have used him for years both on our residence and rental properties. Professional, reliable and does excellent work. Everyone who I have referred him to has been as satisfied as we are.
Legitimately one of kindest individuals I have come across in the community. His work from a plumbing perspective is A+ and will absolutely speak for itself. But his kindness and legitimate willingness to help those customers he serves is far beyond anything I have experienced in the community. I have used Sam on two different occasions and don’t think I would ever consider using another plumber.
