This is a franchise business that has a new owner. The reason I say this is because the new owner of the franchise is not honoring his agreements as a franchise. He wants people to use his ATM for cash back. He purposely stopped the register three times telling me that it doesn't work for cash back...then was theatrical about how if you want cash back use the ATM in the back that he installed just for people like me who want cash back... it's an option at all am pm to get cash back. I came into the store at 8:50 a.m. to purchase a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the young lady at the counter (wearing a scarf around her head). Because I have nerve damage in my hand, I cannot use the standard sleeve for hot coffee. Instead, I usually place a second cup around my coffee to make it manageable.
