Don't go between 12 and 4 am, they are always "closed".
I pick up packages from the Amazon locker pretty frequently but later at night/early mornings due to my schedule, often their front doors are locked with no one in the store that I can see. The first few times I waited to see if someone was on a break or maybe they needed the rest room, no one came out to check if customers are waiting, so now I don't bother. itd be nice to have a bell or something or maybe just update your hours if you're closed late at night 🤯. Wouldn’t accept a valid American passport for age verification and told me it’s “company policy” while laughing. Needs training in ID’s and customer service, ew.
