Never have hot food the last 3 or 4 times didn't have no food.
Restroom was disgusting. Clogged toilet, no paper towels, dirty. The employee didn't look up from his phone when I told him, just said "sounds about right" and kept scrolling.

Management here needs work along with the employees. But, how can we expect employees to follow any level of customer service or even decency when management sets a poor example and also doesn't step in when employees make errors repeatedly or don't even acknowledge the customers they're serving. I left this morning in disbelief for the last time. No more giving my money to support this business.
