I come to this ARCO ampm regularly, and almost every employee here is friendly and professional. My issue is with one specific cashier: the older gentleman with glasses, a white beard, and who usually wears a hat. Dude is stressing every shift I see him, like its his 1st job & he didnt get trained. Whatever the reason is, I had enough of him acting rude towards customers. & I will not condone his disrespect. My family's go to for gas and propane exchange. Friendly people.
Terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional employee. We purchased about 65 dollars in various snacks drinks cigs ect. We noticed One of the sandwiches had a conner opene it on they way out. I took the sandwich back into him before even reaching my car. Without even taking a closer look he pointed at me and said u opened it repeatedly. I looked at him while he taunted me and I said. "Then why is the bread rock hard if I just opened it myself". Avoid the rude and remedial experience.
Great store happy with the customer service
Honestly, it was kind of a mess. Place was just kind of dirty. It wasn't horrible, just wasn't clean. Not to mention they don't redeem scratch tickets which makes no sense but they sell them??
