I went in to get some snacks very disappointed with customer service. Also there is a dog inside the store that’s not on a leash just a bit unsanitary
Worst customer service ever!!!! Be warned! The arrogant middle easteners have a nasty selfish complaining like attitude to their customers. I once was a penny short. I asked the guy behind me if I could borrow a penny. Next day I come I to buy a drink and then the service rep. Tells me to get out of the store. At first I thought he thought I stole something. I’ve been in this area for years now and for some reason I can’t really get with this location. The cashiers and owner is very rude. I walked in today and greeted them and no one said anything just looked me in my face. So I looked her in her eyes and caught myself from letting her know how I really felt. I really needed the gas so it took everything in my power to not leave. But I’m saying this to say that this store is awful with communication. It's garbage to charge a fee when using a debit card and increase prices when using a credit card.
The old working at 3am outside smoking at the front door was extremely rude I said good morning 3 times he ignored me which of fine but then when I went to the counter before I can even sit my cup down he goes coffee 189 so I asked him to scan my app he quickly flashed the thing at my phone and said no discount but I saw he didn’t really scan it for real so I asked him to scan it again because I had rewards so he raised his voice at me yelling NO DISCOUNT NO DISCOUNT as he angrily scan my app again TURNS OUT like I said he d... read more
