Half the time the app doesn't appear to work. The man at the register refuses to honor the discount and argues when asked for a refund. Extremely rude. Told me that or the app doesn't work there is nothing he can do (despite other stores manually putting I the discount) and called me stupid for not noticing before paying. When asked for a refund he said it would do it but insulted me and argued the entire time.
wouldnt give me my cookies that i redeemed with the ampm app and didnt give the guy his change behind me terrible customer service
It’s July 22nd 2023 1:20am the cashier is very rude and trying to tell me that you guys don’t sell alcohol after 12am in ripon. Very unprofessional and rude teach this dude some manners!
