Samantha should brush up on her customer service skills. I simply mentioned that the Dr Pepper was out. Instead of getting a polite response. Samantha sapped back at me as if I was attacking her...... "Yes I am aware! I'm the only one here so there's nothing I can do about it!" I understand if you're stressed or having a bad day. There's no excuse to take it out on the customer.
