Their carwash employees vandalized my car with their brushes, broke my back windshield wiper bracket, when the manager called me back she tried to humiliate me, telling me that they only help cars that are 5 years or newer, and even though mine is a 2010 she rounded it up saying it was 20 years old... The lead cashier(lol) has a 4 cylinder Mercedes and owes way more than what it's actually worth, but she still thinks she's HER! Cashier though! Yea thats HERRaza!
Rude management with insane policies on open parking spots with no signs or warnings
I really don’t like how they threaten to tow your vehicle here if you park for like 10 mins here
Bad parking, parking in spots with no warning signs or labels and they will still give you tow sticker that is hard to remove
The guy with the dreadlocks that works the car wash needs to get fired immediately, he attacks your car with that brush with so much intensity to scratch your paint, he broke my rear windshield wiper bracket, left my top spoiler barely dangling on, scratched the side of my car, I reported him, they took pictures, took my report down, I gave them my number and they completely ghosted me. Wasn't going to leave a review since I've been coming here for 4 years, but thank goodness for 7-Eleven opening up on the other corner.
