Such bad customer service. Dont recommend coming to this location they dont honor deals always tell me system is down to make my pay the overpriced items. Just go to the 7 eleven across the street atleast they honor deals and are nice to customers.
It says it’s open 24 hours, but it was closed at 2:30 a.m.
I use the earnify app, when I get to the register and put my phone # in for points/discounts. The cashier will clear the transaction and ring up everything again so I won't get the discount the app is offering. This happened several times not just to myself but to my family members I told about the app. The cashiers lady and a man with a turban are the ones doing this. This sounds like corporate should know since it's their promotions I am not going.
Whoever is the owner are manager to rally’s next door please tell your employees to do better I sat in drive thru for almost 45 mins when I got my food went home burger extemly cold not warm not hot not even likewarm the same for the fries . Straight ridiculous!!!!! Couldn’t even eat it . The meat was extemly old but sitting there for a mintute I know I use to work fast food … nasty ass food 🤢 do better
Every time I come her at night the guy with the turban always gives me less change back and I always fall him out on it. This is the second time he has done it. Luckily I’ve been a cashier for 4 years previously so I always pay attention to the change by default lol. But for those who don’t make sure you count your change because they will try to short you lol smh def won’t be coming back
