extremely rude night staff. I visit Arco allover California frequently and this by far is the worst location I have ever visited. Get my usual iced coffee and zingers. Get to the register and the employee rings me up for a 24 oz hot drink. When I questioned why he rang up a hot drink he became hostile and told me my food and drink were on him tonight. I do not feel his aggressive attitude was warranted nor is it acceptable.
This woman was so rude to me. She’s on her phone while working and ignored me. She was short and disrespectful using a horrible tone of voice with me in front of my daughter. I don’t know how she has a job here this is not ok to treat customers like this. I came in today to take a picture so I can show she’s a horrible disrespectful employee.
The older Latina's lady with light hair was so rude to me arguing I didn’t go in the car wash at the right time when I waited till the car left to go in. I went back in and she was disrespectful and I asked for the manager he came out and I was trying to tell him how she was arguing with me not letting me talk being disrespectful and she started laughing and talking over me. He said he’d have a talk with her. No one deserves this
If I can give 0 stars, I would. Bad customer service and no training for their employees. Most employees here have an issue when trying to input rewards ID or scan it. Like it's a foreign thing to them. Have already tried calling the customer service number 3 times on different visits due to getting told verbally oh well by an elder employee and no call back.
