I came to buy lotto and did not make the cut- off - I always buy two of each lotto games - The female on duty flatly told me she couldn’t process it and that I’d have to take something else or wait. I went to this supposedly 24/7 am/pm, and it was closed. The lady inside waved me off and made a T with her hands, signaling it was closed, but there was no cleaning being done, just a woman sitting at a desk.
