Rude rude employee
I literally just called right now and requested the name of the current manager and a male employee refused to give me any information unless I told him what it was regarding so he could decide if I was important enough to have it. I told him that I simply would like their name so that I may contact them. His response was that "it's a Saturday there's no manager available."
