Got confused and mistook the am/pm car wash for the Surf Thru Car Wash around the corner. Paid $15 for a car wash with a broken pull mechanism. Had to back up to exit. They should shut down the car wash - if it doesn’t work and you don’t want to repair it, that’s basically a scam. It’s on me for pulling up to the wrong place. It’s on them for not repairing a faulty car wash or shutting it down.
There have been several occasions when I’ve pulled in and all of a sudden lights just go off. Even though it’s far beyond their closing hours. Lights are on bright! Not sure why they do this? Is it what I look like? I just think it’s rude. Have accurate hours and stick to it.
Was there on 2024/11/12 around 16:30 at station 11. I was trying to pump loaner car, so asked to pump only 2 gallon inside. He refused to do so and asked me if $10 is ok. I asked him to change it to $8. He rejected me to do so since he already entered. As I was in rush I took it and paid it in cash(all these time, I had cash on my hands showing I am paying in cash).
