Was there on 2024/11/12 around 16:30 at station 11. I was trying to pump loaner car, so asked to pump only 2 gallon inside. He refused to do so and asked me if $10 is ok. I asked him to change it to $8. He rejected me to do so since he already entered. As I was in rush I took it and paid it in cash(all these time, I had cash on my hands showing I am paying in cash). They refused to cash a $100 ticket scratcher, said “ you can go anywhere to cash that”. I said I literally bought it here and they refused… Reporting them to California Lottery commission.
