Bad Treatment/Poor Customer Service at the Rancho Santa Margarita Location December 25, 2023, Christmas Day, I went to this AmPm location at 29880 Santa Margarita Pkwy, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688 to pump gas and purchase gas gift cards. Putting gas on my car was a breeze however, when I went inside the store to purchase the gift cards, that's where the problem started. Never have issues with anyone BUT Victor. He has the poorest customer service along with shorting me on my change 4x now.. regardless if it is a penny or a dollar, it is MY (the customer's) change. I have been a customer at this location for years and due to the lack of character and honesty of this employee, I will not be returning.
Don’t like his attitude and will never go here again!
Fix your internet or put up a sign - cash only. Stood in line and waited to be told its cash only because the internet is out. Wasted my time.
