Very knowledgeable and personable, without trying to pressure-sell any product Always digging into any issues (which have been minimal), and resolving in a timely manner. Very accommodating when scheduling you for a visit, no matter what the reason.
So glad I found this place for my dad! They were kind, helpful, and competent. I can’t believe how low the service pricing was. What a gem!!
Too bad all places aren’t like this. Ralph and Stephanie are such caring competent people. Spend the time to work on issues, listen, follow up. Prices are very very reasonable, and no pushing unnecessary products. They have been amazingly patient with me working on my severe hearing issues.
Dr Ralph is a very caring professional. My mom is 98 years old and he spent the time needed to adjust, fit, and calibrate her aids perfectly. He cares about his patients input , and takes the time necessary to answer any questions, and clarify as needed.
