From start to finish, everything was perfect and professional. Park was friendly and informative about solar/battery options. Pricing was good value and affordable. Keyana was fantastic to deal with and organising installation. Harry, Brandon and Kaleb were on site on time and finished installation promptly, updating me every step of the way and answering all questions. Left site neat and tidy. Absolutely recommended. A company that cares about its reputation and customer experience rather than just the bottom line. Gave fair pricing, showed up on time, honoured original quote and gave sound advice. If only I could have this experience with every trade.
If I could leave a zero star I would. Extremely disappointed in the service. We selected these guys to fit an 2.5Kw A/C in our main bedroom. When quoted we thought the were very professional and knowledgeable about the job until it came to actually do the job. The person came out to fit the air con was a subcontractor that we weren’t told about was going to happen. The team at Amplify Electrical were awesome from the get-go. I got a quick reply to my enquiry, friendly service, plus a great price for a premium home solar, inverter and battery system.
