I've been a member for about 10 years. I will be closing my account and moving to another financial institution for my banking needs. When will amplify be opening it's other locations ? Seems they are using covid as an excuse to save money on labor and close locations. Very disheartening to see I have to drive 30-40 mins just to make a deposit into my account.
I took out a loan to refinance my vehicle and it has been a complete nightmare. Loan application was approved within an hour. Problem is they don't accept insurance from my provider(AAA) so they add there own policy to the loan which is 4 times the amount I normally pay for full coverage auto insurance. It got corrected the first time and now its two months later and I'm receiving the same paperwork saying I need insurance, after I've provided it multiple times. No one at the bank helps and I'm trying to reach the new acting... read more
Never had the slighest problem for over 20 years.
I was a customer of theirs for over a year, but they can't compare to University Federal Credit Union. There's something cold about the atmosphere in the several locations I've been to. Overall, Amplify just seems amateur and that's not a characteristic of an entity that I will choose to trust my money with. UFCU is better.
