Seldom more than a short wait. Friendly / courteous staff and efficient service. Their rates are also competitive. Many services that banks charge for are available at no charge.

I’ve been with this bank for over 30 years and they don’t keep up with technology and in fact, they get worse as the years go by. They don’t offer Zelle and they used to have the online option to move money from member to member and the recently removed that option as well. I called them over a month ago and they said they were bringing it back, but had no ETA. I already opened an account with Chase as Amplify is not interested in keeping their customers satisfied.

I have been to the Pond Springs branch multiple times in the past few weeks for various banking needs (medallion stamp, wiring money, and a change of name on accounts) Each time I was pleasantly greeted by someone who was able to help me see the right person for each activity. Kat, Jordy, and Brendan were all helpful in getting all of my banking needs taken care of.
