I’ve been an amplify member for well over 10 years and my husband and I (separate accounts) are getting pretty close to switching to another credit union due to the drive through service being so slow. Nearly every time I’m here, I’m having to wait well over 20-35 min. Love* the folks here but efficiency at the drive through and inside has got to pick up.
I worked with Mariam at the Pond Springs branch, I initially came in on Saturday. I had a a flag on my account that she resolved (after much hard work to ascertain the source and find the correct resolution to a somewhat arcane issue). The problem was extremely distressing as it quite literally prevented my account from functioning correctly.
