Just opened an account, after previously cashing a check here. They've been professional and friendly, and real. You know, not that fake customer service thing that I understand people have to do, they've been real people while doing their jobs effectively. With a business relationship as intimate as holding all my money, that realness matters a lot

Had fraud on my business account where they took over $14,000. Amplified refuses to cover this fraud so I'm now I'm out that money. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. They say they cover fraud but they pick and choose what they want to cover
Earlier this week, I visited Amplify Credit Union to close out the account of a deceased family member, and I was deeply impressed with the high level of quality service I received. Worst experience I’ve ever had other than Bank of America, which says a lot! There is ZERO regard for customer service or helping clients, run, don’t walk away! I’ve had a mortgage both 1st and 2nd liens with Amplify for about 40 months. Recently, I scheduled my mortgage payments for Jan 16th. Because of MLK they didn’t process until the 20th & was charged around 100 in late fees.
