Many thanks to you for your help fixing something for a hospital patient in need today.
Had a really bad experience - they got the time of the appointment wrong, would not even acknowledge their mistake and their only solution was to change it to much later in the day, which we couldn't do. It was only when the audiologist finally spoke to us that she offered to provide the information over the phone, but of course by then we only had a few minutes left to get everything we needed.
