Absolutely apsaling g service or disservice. Waited 3 weeks for $12000 hearing aid to be returned after repair. Nooone answered the phonebfor 2 weeks. Went to store tk find no reptionist and noone came for an hour eventually someone appeared. No explanation or apology. Total lack of professionalism. Strongly advise to seek alternative provider.
I have been a client of Amplifon Wonthaggi for 8 years. During this time I have had excellent service and care for my hearing problems. I cannot speak more highly of the service I have received from both Ai (audiologist) and Mandy on reception. Whenever I go there I am always treated warmly and cheerfully by Mandy. No matter how busy she is she finds time to attend to my needs or refers me to Ai when necessary. I had to get my hearing aids serviced and Mandy was fantastic. Her advice was excellent and even though she was in the middle of a move to the new location when my hearing aids came back she contacted me and went out of her way to make sure I got them. Highly recommend them.
Ai is a vibrant personable audiologist. She creates an excellent rapport by listening carefully to understand any concerns. Her professional manner has ensured accurate assessment and any follow up was carried out efficiently. We highly recommend Amplifon Wonthaggi!
They hassle you & hassle until you sign up for there expensive products then drop you in after sales support. Love the hearing aids when they work but wouldn’t recommend to friends.
