As a new client I would like to give thanks to my Audiologist Deepti and also Helen for the support and ongoing service as I adjust to a different brand of hearing aids. In addition my multi-mic is a winner after an initial issue and my new one is up and running with thanks to Helen. Customer service staff at the front desk and phone are also warm and very efficient. Having hearing aids has made such a difference in my life that I couldn't survive without them. I use them everyday all day. I would recommend that if you think that your hearing isn't as good as it used to be then don't wait go and get your hearing checked. I personally have found amplifon to be very professional at what they do and I would highly recommend them.
