I have found this clinic to be very disappointing. I have been a client for 2 years & now moving elsewhere. Customer service non existent and very unfriendly. When trying to get clarification I was spoken to very disrespectfully. In hindsight I was steered towards a particular brand which do not compare to my previous phonaks. Do your homework & shop around!
I'm a sound engineer for studio and live music, I come here once a year for a check up. They're super friendly and very helpful, definitely recommend coming here for your checks!
Lovely Audiologist technician but felt a bit like a hard sell of hearing aids before I'd been tested!
