Awful experience. Staff are very patronising, and talked my elderly grandmother into maxing out her credit card, despite her not even wanting the “upgrade”. When we came back to return the hearing aids, they refused to refund the money in any shape or form.

Sent here for a workplace hearing assessment. left with a much more informative analysis of my 44+ year hearing loss than from any audiometry exam before. Returned for a personal assessment, organised clearance for hearing aids, and returned for fitting, programming and testing. Left almost in tears. Not because of a bad experience, but because of the kindness, respect, and comprehensive information I received, and the incredibly clear hearing I gained courtesy of the custom hearing aids.
