Julee at Amplifon in Warwick was wonderful. She went out of her way to provide me with the best options possible and was very successful. I am very happy with the result. I will happily recommend Amplifon to anyone who needs that sort of assistance.
I needed new hearing aids, and had an idea of the ones I wanted. I had only a small window to purchase, test and for Julee to fine tune them to my needs. Oh my goodness, we had 3 days in total, and it just so happened they had the aids I was wanting - Phonak Sphere Ultra in stock, which was a miracle in itself. My biggest issue with my previous aids was they were getting old, and the clarity and ability to adapt to noisy environments had diminished greatly.
