I have been with Amplifon for years and when under a previous name. Just purchased new hearing aids and had a wonderful experience with Diya the Audiologist,she made me so welcome and showed incredible care,Diya was so efficient and caring and with a lot of knowledge she went beyond and above to help me get the right aids to suit me. All staff are great there and would highly recommend you visit the Warrnambool clinic.

Having new hearing aids, are amazing. But after 5 years of spending over $7500 for them back then. Now there not supplying new filters or domes for replacement parts . Be wary and be aware .that they'll only good for up to 5 years. There more than happy to sell them. For thousands of dollars. Be warned or gulable by them .warranty is limited on life span of your so called u beaut hearing aids . I'm up for replacement hearing aids again expense un known?. Definitely never again from amplifon
