The girls at reception excellent. I find Olivia rude after trying to push me to buy new aids I said I’m happy with what I had I felt I was pushed out of room . When I asked could I have new domes she said yours are still ok they arnt perished. George or the reception girls alway gave me a couple of pairs to have on hand.
Nicole was so extremely helpful with fixing my hearing aids again today! Sharon was also great in her assistance
