Reception staff is friendly and helpful. A female audiologist had a bad temper and shouted at me slamming her palm on the desk. My usual male audiologist is calm, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, he would not honour my discount voucher of 40%, despite the letter stated that it is valid on all hearing devices. Had to sort it with the manager and will be reimbursed.
