So impressed with the level of care and support of both staff at Tuggeranong office. Made my choice and very happy with them.
Audiologist (Hébin) was good, helpful & explained things. He was knowledgeable about DVA Claims & process.
Audiologist only interested in selling me new hearing aids. He caused me excruciating pain trying to get wax out of my ears and then told me not to wince. That is enough but I could go on. I won’t be going back despite the Bupa discount.
The audiologist was rude and not helpful. My first experience to get hearing test done for DVA. I bought the paperwork in I was given. I don't recommend tuggeranong Ampliphon. Customer service is everything
