Thanks AMPLIFON Tuggeranong. What a great service from the team. From the initial hearing test to the fitting of the hearing aids. Everything was explained very well and questions were answered. The level 5 Amplifon hearing aids are excellent, I can now hearing everything from my wife talking at me from another room to the dogs licking themselves. I’m not sure if those are a benefit or not. Rude, overpriced, unprofessional, taking advantage of vulnerable staff (especially the elderly)
We received exceptional service from Pallavi who did the hearing test on my husband. Finally my husband can’t use the excuse of not hearing me. The hearing aid looks like a good product so we have 30 days to trial it. Looking forward to seeing the positive changes in him. Thank you Pallavi.
So impressed with the level of care and support of both staff at Tuggeranong office. Made my choice and very happy with them.
