Why do we have to pay for a new set of hearing aids. I have got a policy for loss and damage.
We have requested batteries on 2 occasions as instructed by the staff and are still waiting after weeks. No communication from them and when I have tried to phone them ,no answer. Not at all happy with the after sale service.
