Amplifon are refusing to provide my father with his own hearing test results. This service is a joke. Rude and unprofessional. How ca a person be denied access to their own medical records, regardless of the reason for request.

Went in for a hearing test for my partner and found the ladies at the front desk to be incredibly welcoming and helpful. The audiologist that did the test was very insightful and she helped talk us through the problems with his hearing and what type of hearing aids he will need. Looking forward to our next appointment.
I went in frustrated with my hearing, after slowly losing it many years ago. I wasn’t expecting all my problems to be solved! The gorls were beyond helpful and kind to me, I can finally hear my grandchildren talking once again (I can also shut them out when it’s too much). For a 74 year old woman, I’d lost hope that hearing was something i’d ever be able to do again. Larissa and the other staff there were so respectful and kind, I felt so looked after. I’ve recommend them to everyone else in my retirement home!
