I enjoyed my appointment yesterday. As usual, Asha was very thorough, and I walked away with brand new rechargeable hearing aids. It is marvellous not having to worry about batteries now. Thank you Amplifon.
I purchased a set of hearing aids last year and up until two weeks ago, some of the components failed. I went to the Toowoomba store and was well supported by the front office staff who went out of their way to ensure my issues were resolved - they were at the time of the first visit. During the next week, other components in my devices failed. I returned and again was recieved by pleasant and professional staff who found the fault and reset my devices to an optimised level of performance. I feel that in this office needs th... read more
Have been taking my mother to the Audiologist Sai at amplifon since she moved here from NSW. Amazing experience . Very knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommended .
What a mistake I made going to this place the reception staff are friendly but the audiologists are about as caring as an al quida leader and there very incompetent Sai is particularly rude I would not recommend them to a sole on this planet if you are a client of theres I strongly urge people to attend bay audio Clifford gardrevshopens Toowoomba I have never been treated so kindly and with as much care as this team good riddance Sai and Asha and Amplifon I will go a different way to work just so I don't have to walk past th... read more
