I purchased a set of hearing aids last year and up until two weeks ago, some of the components failed. I went to the Toowoomba store and was well supported by the front office staff who went out of their way to ensure my issues were resolved - they were at the time of the first visit. During the next week, other components in my devices failed. Have been taking my mother to the Audiologist Sai at amplifon since she moved here from NSW. Amazing experience . Very knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommended .
