Felix was an amazing Audiologist. Pinpointed my problem, performed a hearing test, updated my hearing aids and now everything is perfect. Amplifon certainly exceeds my expectations every time .
The team at Sutherland Amplifon always go above and beyond to assist our family with caring, friendly and professional service. Julia in particular always has a welcoming smile, and is diligent in providing excellent maintenance support. Great customer service every time.
Went for a hearing test and quote. The test was okay but the price was very expensive. Can get cheaper else where. Told that I didn't intend to follow up. They keep calling to book appointments which I'm not interested in. Asked to be taken off their call list which they won't do. If they want to waste their time calling I'll just keep hanging up. If you have better things to do with your time give them a wide berth otherwise expect unwanted calls
Appalling service. Rang them 3 times to make appointment leaving my number. No reply. Went to Sutherland and was told their phone service was broken.Made appointment face to face. Turned up at designated time with my 92 year old father to be told that appointment had not be made that is wasnt in their computer. Audiologists were too busy reading emails to see him. He was offered appointment later in day. No apologies to me. No acknowledgement of effect takes dad to get to these appointments. Absolutely appalling treatment
